Lamar's Wenny Chang has been named Southland Conference Freshman Golfer of the Year, and head coach Brian White has been named SLC Coach of the Year announced league officials Thursday morning. In addition to the superlative awards, four Lady Cardinals were named to the 2014 All-Southland teams including two first-team selections. Chang and sophomore Taylor Stockton garnered first-team attention, while junior Nghi Ngo and freshman Bertille DuPont received second-team honors.
