2015 Kountze RHP Ethan Franklin has committed to Lamar after de-committing from TCU. According to reports I've seen he was pitching mid to high 80s in 2013 (sophomore year) topping out at 91...should be a good one for Lamar if he doesn't get drafted too high next year
