LUSportsFan Posted September 12, 2014 Share Posted September 12, 2014 The City of Edinburg is in the process of transferring ownership of the 4,000 seat Edinburg Stadium (baseball) to the University of Texas System. It's a win-win. The city was losing money on the stadium, but was instrumental in supporting a new medical school at the university.
