I don't they are doing how they have done in the past selling platters. I think it is strictly the cook off competition that will have judges...and it doesn't have to necessarily be boiled for the competition...they are accepting gumbos, etoufees, tacos, and other stuff as long as it has crawfish as the meat.

In my case it's probably a good thing they aren't selling them...I like mine with about a 12 pack of bud light...my ol lady wouldn't be too happy if I did that before noon!
