The Lamar video department received calls from the New York Times, Wall Street Journal and USA Today. All the publicity hasn't been bad. Lamar assistant coach Clif Carroll said he received about 40 questionnaires filled out by high school players on the Lamar website, which is far more than usual. Knight said he received text messages from about 40 coaches. "All thanking me," he said.
