Spring Game Player Draft Today!!

Quite a few players are not on the Enterprise list of players drafted. Can anyone elaborate? I don't see Anthony Beard but i think their are probably as many as 15-20 players not listed.

 

Also they only published the results of the first 12 rounds as not make the guys going in the late late rounds look bad.

 

Beard is among the injured I believe. I think Mike posted it on the first page of this thread.

The first two receivers taken:

 

Reggie Begelton

Zach Sonnier

 

Both are preferred walk-ons.

 

Dang, that tells you just how recruiting is done by potential and there are a lot of mistakes on taking certain players. Glad for both of them!

North, I'll have to ask but they did the draft a little different this year. When a team drafted a position player like say a RB the other team was automatically given a RB to match. They did this throughout the entire draft. I'll check out Dabes list and see if hes only listing the actual players that were drafted.

 

I don't know if this is what happened but Ill look and try to find out.

What about Jacob Hanna? I only saw 2 TE's picked.

 

North, they only drafted through 12 rounds publicly. This means 4 players per round x 12 = 48 players listed in the article.

 

Hannah was drafted I'm sure, he just didn't go in the first 12 rounds.
