Brock Wempa arrives in Beaumont

the 6-2 310lb transfer from Tyler JC arrived today on campus. No doubt Coach McKnight and Co are happy to get him here. He should be immediate help on the offensive line.

I remember when he signed that Woodard said he anticipated Wempa to be an immediate contributor

When Mike interviewed Woodard earlier this year he had some great things to say. Apparently Woodard was just his usual self in the interview but really lit up when he was asked about Wempa.

 

I wonder if we see Soto on the O line instead of TE?

Soto at OL? i dunno i guess it wouldnt hurt.

Ive always been a TE fan and Soto can obviously be very dangerous at the position and hopefull he can run or pass block for us too.

Brock is very happy to be in beaumont!!but the room he gets the A/C does not work in his room!,takes a sickle cell test by doctors orders and not workout for 2 days,OL coach ticked off and wont let him be with any team members WTH, thats not right in my book!. Brock is a little out of shape but given time he will do very well!!!
