That's very cool, he played under John Gray. If you ever have time to read about John Gray you will be impressed. He was a visionary just like Dr. Simmons is for us today, he was the one that moved the campus to it's current location and was with the school almost from its founding. He took time away from Lamar to become a very successful banker too. Quote
