Nobody seems to be giving the Cards new QB any love. The new 3-4 defense and the speed of the defense along with the offensive weapons we have now. Let's be real. UL-L is probably going to win but why burst the bubble before we're even out of the gate. Here's my prediction. The new defense will be unusually tough and the offensive weapons will rise to the challenge.

 

Final score: Lamar - 28

High scoring game...the only reason I say we score this much is because UL-L's defense is young. Then again, our offense hasn't played a down together...ever. Oh well, we'll see how it goes. I'll be proud of the Cards regardless of the outcome because of my realistic expectations.

::)I really don't see us winning, but I predict: USL-45; Cardinals - 24. My concern is the offensive line & secondary giving up big plays.
