Guest NorthoftheBorder Posted September 12, 2012 Posted September 12, 2012 SFA fans will say they are too low and LU is too high. Sam fans don't really care but will say that LU is too high!! Quote

nickels Posted September 12, 2012 Posted September 12, 2012 The only thing I would do is switch LU and NW, but I do think it is very close between the 2 of you so far. Its hard to judge right now with FBS, weak FCS & DII teams that everyone has played. We'll get a better picture after next weekends games, when conference play starts. Quote

I still have LU at 6 and NWST at 5 on my ballot, I did drop SFA to four though, losing a starting QB is tough regardless of who the replacement is. I need to see more of everyone against level competition before I can move anyone too much. Quote

If the SLC wins 3 games, it will be a real good week, if they win 4 it will be great. Quote
SFA Fan Posted September 13, 2012 Posted September 13, 2012 SFA fans will say they are too low and LU is too high. Sam fans don't really care but will say that LU is too high!! Don't know what "SFA Fans" you are referring to, but I for one will agree this week, just like I did last week. (Look it up). In fact you can arguably push SFA down lower, The Jacks had an absolutely brutal game in Dallas vs. SMU. Quote

I believe SFA will be in the top tier but it is early and with 2 games only McNeese and Sam have shown signs that they are for sure teams to be reckoned with. Of course you never know until you play the games. Our improvement with decent win over PV A&M gives us hope we are moving in the right direction. Quote

puddin tane Posted September 15, 2012 Posted September 15, 2012 I'd put us 6th. We gotta beat a decent team before I move us up Quote

JJWooten Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 Northwestern St was down 14-10 against Nevada, and actually finished the game 45-34 Quote
Guest CardAmbassador Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 Northwestern St was down 14-10 against Nevada, and actually finished the game 45-34 Just proof that Lamar should be able to make these FBS scores look better. Yeah were a young program but we tend to fall completely apart in big games and cause ourselves as much problems as the team we're playing. Quote
Guest LU 17 Posted September 17, 2012 Posted September 17, 2012 CA, I agree with you. Wasn't it last year that Nevada broke into the national rankings. Northwestern hung in there, huh. Well bully for them. Maybe we better get it together before we finish last in the conference. Quote
