Trump Visits Beaumont

BEAUMONT, Texas–  Republican Presidential frontrunner Donald Trump started his hour-long speech at Beaumont’s Ford Park with a moment of silence for the victims of the Paris terror attacks.

Then he linked the tragedy to the gun control debate in this country.

Trump said, “When you look Paris, you know the toughest gun laws in the world Paris, nobody had guns, but the bad guys, no one.”

The billionaire businessman addressed a crowd of about 8,000, that’s an estimate from campaign officials.

Center to this talk was his strong stance against illegal immigration.  Highlighted by families of people who have been victims of criminals here in the U.S. illegally.

Trump said Mexico has strict immigration laws, but yet he says Americans are being dopes by allowing illegal immigration.

Trump also dismissed any talk that his candidacy is a flash in the pan. He vowed he’s never quitting the race.

He says he’s self-funding his campaign, and has spent little money on it, but yet he says it’s been the most effective.

Trump also touted the most recent Reuters poll of likely Republican voters that has them in the lead of a packed Republican field with 42%.
