Beck - David J. Beck Fellowship & the David J. Beck Regents Scholarship in Political Science $348,572.00 from the Wilton and Effie Mae Hebert Foundation - Effie Mae and Wilton P. Hebert Scholarship Fund $100,000.00 from the Reaud Charitable Foundation, Inc. - Gena & Albert E.
