There's something about some SFA and SHSU fans that they always have to make fun of LU and their fans. I guess it's because even when their teams are successful hardly anybody gives a crap about them.

 

Talk about people hardly giving a crap about teams:

Let's see, Lamar is coming off back-to-back 4 win seasons and has 8500 at their home opener. SHSU is coming off back-to-back seasons as national runner-ups and they have 9200 at their home opener. My point still stands

McNeese throttled USF this weekend. Anything can happen. Not saying it will, but it's definitely not impossible.

 

Personal opinion is we will still lose by double digits, I think our game planning under Woodard has always been suspect. Can't wait to see what we're like with an uptempo offense though.

I'd love for us to look like we belong out there. We've had troubles looking like a competent team when playing the likes of SHSU the past few seasons. I'd like us to appear competent more than anything.
