listened to the game and it seemed Caleb Berry has gotten his stuff together and our running game seemed to be better. Next week will tell all.

The box score said attendance was around 8500.

If LU beats Tech in Ruston this Saturday and keeps the game from being a total blowout in Stillwater and you will see 15k+ against Bacone!!

The home side looked about 75% full and the visitor's side maybe 50%.

That's about right, although I thought the visitors side was less than 50%. With the area near the band that is usually mostly students mostly empty. Home side seemed to be filled in well. I didn't expect a great turnout on the holiday weekend...but hoped for a little more than that.

thing you have to remember is alot of students file into the first few rows and stand...leaves alot of empty seats but they squeeze alot of people in there

Also the band has been moved up and over into the corner. This shows more empty seats at the bottom, that used to be at the top.

I thought having the band move up in the stands was a brilliant move. It really helps a smaller band sound much LARGER. I noticed that last season when some of the very small visiting bands sat at the top and sounded louder than our own band.
