You and the Tech guy predicted the closest score. Everybody else is pretty gun shy to give LU a chance to play close based on the 1st 3 years!!

I'm guilty of being gun shy. I feel the outcome of this game especially, will be indicative of what the rest of our season is going to look like. If we are at least competitive, I think we will certainly compete and have a decent conference record....but if we get blown out, ala UL-L or Hawaii.... uh boy. It's gonna be another looooooooong season for this Card's fan.

I think the defense is good enough to keep la tech from scoring a ton of points, but if the offense is ineffective like last year in won't matter. I do like the fact that berry has a lot more experience, that kueck is running an uptempo offense, the ol seems improved, and the team is deep at wide receiver. We'll see how much of a running game they can muster and if the ol will give berry enough time to throw.
