LUSportsFan Posted September 28, 2013 Posted September 28, 2013 Not looking good so far. Score according to ESPN ScoreCenter app is Grambling 16 LU 0 still in the 1st quarter. Sent from my Android device using Tapatalk 2 Quote
coachacola Posted September 28, 2013 Author Posted September 28, 2013 Just saw the score, looks like LU is stinking up the place. Quote
LUSportsFan Posted September 28, 2013 Posted September 28, 2013 16-7 with 10:03 in 2nd Sent from my Android device using Tapatalk 2 Quote
coachacola Posted September 29, 2013 Author Posted September 29, 2013 So thanks to berry's 3 interceptions and safety LU isn't winning 21-7? Quote
coachacola Posted September 29, 2013 Author Posted September 29, 2013 16-10 halftime. Should be 24-7 LU. Quote
puddin tane Posted September 29, 2013 Posted September 29, 2013 No stats No nothin They have Internet in grambling? Quote
LAZEEK Posted September 29, 2013 Posted September 29, 2013 6 minutes left and Cards convert a long pass to Mark Roberts on 3rd and 13. Quote
Guest LU4LIFE Posted September 29, 2013 Posted September 29, 2013 Horrible first quarter but other then that it was a ok game Quote
coachacola Posted September 29, 2013 Author Posted September 29, 2013 I guess the one positive is they were able to overcome a bad quarter and win. And would someone please tell woodard to stop these fake punts in every game, the don't work!! Quote
Guest NorthoftheBorder Posted September 29, 2013 Posted September 29, 2013 Only beating Grambling 27-19, does this foreshadow another dismal conference record?? Quote
LUSportsFan Posted September 29, 2013 Posted September 29, 2013 27-16, but Grambling's scores were in the 1st quarter and were aided by LU turnovers. We scored 27 unanswered points after the shakey start. Just prevent the turnovers. Sent from my Android device using Tapatalk 2 Quote
coachacola Posted September 29, 2013 Author Posted September 29, 2013 Lamar had over 500 yards total offense so that's a good thing. They had a bad 10 minutes to start the game then dominated the rest of the game. Berry had 299 yards throwing the ball, two interceptions were in the endzone. But grambling is a bad team so I doubt lamar can overcome a bad start against a conference team and win. Quote
lu cards Posted September 29, 2013 Posted September 29, 2013 not what i wanted but we got the win.we could have easily given up after the first quarter but we did what we had to do to win.lets enjoy the bye week and then go shock the world. Quote
