Can't he commit early and enroll? http://sports.yahoo.com/jcgridiron/football/recruiting/player-Antonio-Flowers-167963 If he is indeed an Dec. graduate yes he can enroll for spring semester and thus participate in spring practices...but since he said he would visit of Feb that means he would still be in JUCO for spring classes. He might have to retake a class or something. But as BigNasty said he does have good film and size. We have gotten good size with our OL recently we just badly need depth Quote

I am pretty sure he is the some of the Senior Pastor at Calvary Baptist!! Quote

I am pretty sure he is the some of the Senior Pastor at Calvary Baptist!! Looked back at that signing class and didn't see a Cothen in there. I remember the 2012 class had Jermaine Bowman from West Brook who decided to pursue the ministry...is that who you're thinking of? Edit: I see coach found the article...guess I was confused on who joined the ministry...so what happened to Bowman? As yes this is Ethan is Emory's younger brother Edited December 4, 2014 by KABrother88 Quote

KABrother88 Posted December 9, 2014 Author Posted December 9, 2014 (edited) Could be reading way too much into this but coach Ben Beasley is now following and being followedon Twitter by 2 FBS players. 1 is former 4 star WR Dominique Wheeler from Crockett who hasn't recorded a catch thus far in his career at Texas Tech. The other is former Beaumont Central DB Garrison Mitchell (brother of Lamar QB Robert Mitchell). Garrison was very close to committing to Lamar last year then New Mexico came in with a late offer. We'll see if anything becomes of it. Edit: noticed Mitchell has transfered to Blinn but not sure when Edited December 9, 2014 by KABrother88 Quote
