Friends with John Craven and it seems those two will battle it out for the right to fill the spot left by Brock Wempa at LG. Allen also told Scout that the Wildcat coaches see him as a potential tackle in college, though some project Allen to play guard. With Shead being a Senior, Allen may be in line to slide out next year if he plays well enough. Speaking of Shead...he's listed at 6'6" 305 on the 2-deep and 6'4" 285 on the athletic site...why are there so many inconsistencies between the 2-deeps and rosters? The ones I know of along with Allen are LB Reggie Long from Whitehouse and OL Blaine and Barrett Myers from Groesbeck...although I don't think those two help much on the OL this season...their Hudl pages show them as each being 230 lbs Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

They also removed some names from the online roster last week but they haven't added any of the newer guys like Reggie Long and Chance Allen. That Swain kid is a big ol boy.
