Hey Guy,

These accidents are getting too frequent. People are dying, getting injured and it's flat out avoidable. It's time to put some laws into place where you need to have a drivers license to operate these things on the roads and even then, we should have restrictions. Hey team, I don't like driving down PN avenue behind a golf cart going 10 mph. Let's get some rules into place gang.
