Lamar University women's basketball coach Robin Harmony announced that guard Moesha Kinard will transfer to Lamar from the University of Houston after this semester. Per NCAA transfer rules, Kinard will sit out the 2015-16 season, but will have three seasons of eligibility starting with the 2016-17 campaign.
