KABrother88 Posted June 16, 2015 Share Posted June 16, 2015 Probably the best scenario for his situation. I wonder if this means his waiver was denied? Even if it wasn't he would've had to use his RS this year then be eligible in 16-17. This way he's still staying in the flow then will be eligible at the same time while saving his RS incase.
