coachacola
Here's what Dabe has tweeted so far: RB DePauldrick Garrett (separated shoulder) out this week. Medical redshirt possible if it comes to that, coach says. All other hurt #LamarU players back this week, including WR Marcus Jackson & DB Branden Thomas, coach says. Thomas has not played this season (hamstring). His return key b/c he can play all four DB positions, coach Ray Woodard says. Guest bigred360
Glad to hear the starters in the secondary will be back but not having Garrett is a blow to the offense. I think he needs to see a specialist over at Beaumont Bone and Joint (didn't they donate $100,000 to get the sports medicine facility named after their company). If he is out another game or two he must have a worse separation than a I, II or III. The others usually require surgery and he'd be out the reason of the season. Guest CardAmbassador
I'm really glad to see that we have so many players back. It sucks that Garrett may be hurt for the season but I think Venson showed last game that he does a good job of stepping in when needed. Ball protection is a must though. Go Cardinals!! Guest NorthoftheBorder
What's up with Octavious Logan. Why is he not mentioned. He was at the top of the depth chart earlier in the year. Says all injured players back but no mention of Logan. Is it me or has the QB issue gone away. Nobody even concerned anymore. Are they going with a 2 QB platoon system for the SE La game? I think Bevil has done well enough to lock up the spot, if things are going very badly you might see Johnson or if they think they need a change of pace. But I'm satisfied with Bevil's performance against USA and UIW. He's not losing us games. As for Logan, I'm pretty sure he is back, wasn't his only problem an ankle sprain? coachacola
I listened to the press conference that coastalman posted and Woodard mentioned Logan. I think he's the #2 back now and Harmon has moved up to #3 while Garrett is out.
