West brook at Jerry's world

Featured Replies

At the half, West brook 28-20 over Longview. L'Ravien Elia is fast, a pretty good passer, and the kid knows how to produce offense. West Brook has a shot. We'll see what the half time adjustments produce. Coach Peevey, in his halftime interview, showed me he's got "it", whatever "it" is. Hello, Marco Born, you had better keep your eye on this guy. Schultz ain't getting any younger.

West Brook lost 34-35 to the #4 ranked 6A team in Texas. West Brook didn't luck into being there, they deserved to be there, and stood toe to toe with one of the best 6A teams in the state. Congratulations to the team and the coaching staff for the exemplary manner in which they played and represented Beaumont and the local area. They'll be back.

Wasn't very impressed with WB qb. Maybe it was a bad game, but he didn't appear to be very fast and he was very inaccurate throwing the ball. He makes a couple of throws and WB wins pretty easily. Anyway, what a great run for those kids and definitely nothing to be ashamed about.
