Sterlin Gilbert has taken a job at Syracuse as OC/QBs coach. He'll be re-united with Dino Babers - with whom he worked with at Eastern Illinois and Bowling Green.

Sterlin Gilbert has taken a job at Syracuse as OC/QBs coach. He'll be re-united with Dino Babers - with whom he worked with at Eastern Illinois and Bowling Green.

 

Nothing like looking for a new coach in mid-January. They have been rocked with all kinds of issues. Let’s see if Coach Morgan can take advantage of the situation on the recruiting trail.

Unless they hire internally the important minority hiring requirements will cause a significant delay in posting and the rest of the hiring process.Their release seems to say they plan to do this quickly so an internal hiring seems possible.
