coachacola Posted March 1, 2023 Author Posted March 1, 2023 Looks like John Perry left a few days ago for a FBS job somewhere. Quote
TexGator Posted March 2, 2023 Posted March 2, 2023 Looking at the numbers his offense has put up, I'm not excited. Very pedestrian. Quote
lamarfan360 Posted March 2, 2023 Posted March 2, 2023 Looking at the numbers his offense has put up, I'm not excited. Very pedestrian. During his final season with the Rams, Fleming orchestrated one of the top offenses in the nation. The Rams ranked 13th nationally in passing (3,555) and was one of just two FCS programs to produce two players with more than 1,000 receiving yards in a season. The 2019 campaign came on the heels of a 2018 season that saw URI rank 13th nationally in pass efficiency. What stats were you looking at? Quote

Looking at the numbers in his season a Valpo- the numbers weren't impressive. The team, in his 3 seasons as OC at URU were: 2017: 3-8 2018: 6-5 (7th in conference) 2019: 2-10 ... which means he led his offense to an 11-23 record in those 3 seasons. Quote

I did not see the win-loss record in the article I read. Quote

Im just glad it aint Perry. His offense at Sammie sucked big time Quote
puddin tane Posted March 2, 2023 Posted March 2, 2023 Morgans OC, Covington, came with all sorts of top 25 rankings in offensive categories and we suckkkkkked. Our 3 offensive plays just werent cutting it Quote
WildCard Posted March 4, 2023 Posted March 4, 2023 Does anyone else find it strange that Perry left for an FBS job that was not named? Makes me wonder if there is another reason. Quote
puddin tane Posted March 4, 2023 Posted March 4, 2023 What i found strange was that he was hired in the first place. He lasted 5 games as sammies OC until keeler reassigned him to making sure the gatorade was full. Quote
