From FootballScoop.com:

We have learned that Warren High AD / head coach Kevin Barbay has been offered the receivers job at Lamar.

He did resign from Warren last week:

Warren High School head football coach/athletic director Kevin Barbay resigned on Tuesday, said superintendent Lance Johnson.

Barbay went 0-20 in two seasons at Warren.

Johnson said Barbay stepped down to pursue other opportunities. Chris Coats, the offensive coordinator under Barbay, has been named the interim head coach and athletic director.

He does have college experience. According to the article, he was a graduate assistant at North Texas and Baylor and an assistant coach at Texas A&M-Commerce.

Wow, 0-20 at the high school level? I'm surprised he wasn't fired.

All the other hires have been exciting this one not so much but at least he does have some experience.
