The most recent practice article on LamarCardinals.com says that this weeks practices will conclude with a Thursday scrimmage, I guess no Friday or Saturday practices then? That stinks because that was the only time Mike was going to be able to go this week.

Anyone else planning on a trip out there Thursday?

There doesn't seem to be much interest in spring football this year, even on this board.

I feel like there is but there is little coverage.

If you can't find any information on it then it's hard to talk about it.

When Mike went out and covered the few practices he did there was plenty of buzz. But he hasn't been able to make it out and Dabe hasn't really written anything so there is nothing to ask because no one knows what is going on. I check the players twitters too but there is little activity.

Hopefully CC and LU4 will see alot of interesting things tonight and let us know.

The QB play today was good with JJ stand out the most to me. He made some really nice throws one being a long TD throw his first time up in 7 on 7 drill. Moss threw one INT and should of had a second but the defender dropped it, but other then that his play was decent. Berry also had a good practice he looked calm an collected int he pocket didn't the turn the ball over and made some nice throws.

I thought I saw Dan Campbell early on in the practice but notice about half way through he wasn't on the field. He didn't play in any of the scrimmage or the 7 on 7 drill. The defense looked good no major break down or anything like that. Really a good practice all around for the CARDS.

So it sounds like there is still no separation in QB race, each time it's a different guy performing well. I hope we see clear separation by the end, we need someone to own that position this year because it will make it easier on other offensive units and defense if they can.
