That is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!

She is a beast! I bet coach T is excited.

I love it as I prayed for this to happen for the last three years! We just got a lot better at the PG position in WBB. Bet Coach Tidwell is smiling from ear to ear!

Where are you all getting this information as I've looked all over the internet and couldn't find anything?

Tidwell needs get some size inside. None of the inside players he's signed have panned out.
If this is true, Booker will start from day one. She is that good! This might open up a couple scholarships to use on post players.

Fox 4 reported it last night saying she plans on signing her LOI Wednesday.

Wow this is great news!!! Now if they could get that post player from Central to sign also. For those who haven't seen her play, I don't remember her name, she is a Brittney Williams body type but has amazing ball handling skills and great post moves.

Well, it's true as the Beaumont Enterprise had an article and quoted Booker's HS coach saying she will sign with Lamar on the 11th.

I don't know if some of you realize how special this girl is. This local signing by the WBB team would be like Lamar MBB signing someone like J'Coven Brown who was local out of Port Arthur.

She is a two-time 1st Team 4A All-State PG!

I forgot that Bobbi Taylor was going to be eligible this season! That's pretty cool. Heard she was a very solid player.

Micarah Malone commits to Lamar University.

Micarah Malone (2013 G/F - Spring, TX) has given her verbal commitment to Lamar University. Coming off her official visit this past weekend, Malone says she enjoyed the chemistry of the team, the coaching staff reminded her of her high school coaching staff, and being able to stay close to home were the deciding factors. She also considered UTSA, ULM, ULL, and McNeese State.

Ozen's Senior forward Sanquisha Rawls commits to Lamar.

The 6-foot-1 Rawls made her commitment following a visit to Lamar during the Cardinals' homecoming weekend in October.

Rawls will join former Ozen standout Asia Booker, who is a freshman guard for Lamar this season.

Rawls averaged 12 points and 15 rebounds per game last season as a junior. Ozen reached the Class 4A Region III finals.
