Right now, the Belt may add Appalation State and (possibly) Georgia Southern.

NMSU is possible, but maybe for football only.

Idaho... no, too far out of the footprint.

None of the others mentioned will not get in this round unless there is another wholesale raid of the SBC.

Now for the ridiculous, how about Idaho, NMSU, LU, SHSU and SFA to the Sun Belt? :D

Do not want.

You must be an SFA fan. I would think that you guys would want to move up.

They drink some serious koolaid at SFA and SHSU, I remember them telling me that the SLC was "the better conference" in comparison to the Sun Belt.

Lol, what?

Again, the top of the SLC is nice, (SHSU,SFA,McNeese) but the bottom makes it very unappealing. Especially with the addition of HBU.

Koolaid? Who is "them" that told you? If a random internet poster types something in a message board somewhere, that doesn't necessarily reflect the consensus opinion of a University!

SFA fits, and is often dominate in the Southland Conference. Most SFA fans enjoy the natural geographic rivalries the Southland has. Lamar benefits by having SFA, McNeese, NW, and Sam nearby...
