Mike
It's an option so if you guys like to give someone good karma or bad karma give us a yes vote. It doesn't matter to me. :)
JJWooten
We do it on Katfans, and it means basically nothing. People just get voted down regardless of what they say. I saw on a New Mexico board that they can "give thanks", and it's attached to the end of each post. Kind of like a "thumbs up." That was neat, don't know if that's an option for you guys. LUSportsFan
We had a "Thank You" on the old forum. I personally like something like that over Karma.
Guest CardAmbassador
We had a "Thank You" on the old forum. I personally like something like that over Karma. I'd be fine with that as long as you can track it over time. One thing I didn't like about the thank you's was that there was no way to see how many thank you's a person had acquired. With Karma it tracks your positive and negative feedback overtime which is appealing. I think we have a very different make-up than other forums and don't think you would see very many people voted down for no reason.

All it takes is 1 person, and you've got that person lurking somewhere, I promise. After a while, it just turns into a joke and no one really notices.
