May 24, 201214 yr After reading all the comments on here about Lamar moving up, I just thought it would be interesting to see how people really and truly feel about this.
May 24, 201214 yr I think it would be good for us. I think we would be an asset in the Sun Belt, we actually are starting to have quite a few strong programs, football will come around eventually. We're one of the strongest Athletic Departments in the SLC.

May 24, 201214 yr Need to define major. I by the choices to vote for I assume any FBS conference is major. If you look at all sports the SLC is not very far below the bottom two or three FBS conferences. In FCS football the SLC has played into the quarter or semi-finals of the playoffs most of the last ten years or so. What I don't know is how much of Lamars choice is it to move up or does it mean a FBS conference has to come calling?
May 25, 201214 yr Well I would like to see us move up at some point. We would have to modify the stadium to increase attendance and then put fans in those seats. The thought oF LU playing in a bowl would be awesome. That's a long way off, but its fun to dream. Let's start winning some SLC games first and compete in our conference.
