I was told by a close family member that after a hard off-season of workouts with a D1 training facility and numerous phone contact with current LU QB's Ryan Mossakowski and Caleb Berry that he's packing up and heading to Beaumont next week. This guy is as pumped as can be about getting to campus and wearing the Red and White, I really like seeing that. None of the other recruits I've followed (and I've followed several) have been as enthusiastic as Matt. Mike Posted May 31, 2012 Author Share Posted May 31, 2012 Made contact with both Michael Handy and Michael Hargis tonight. Handy said he'll be here in July and that he's very excited and ready to take on the responsibility that his parents have prepared him for. He's also ready to live the college life and explore new things. Hargis said he'll be coming in next week and moving into his dorm on June 5th and he hopes it's in Campbell Hall. He said he's extremely excited to just start the next chapter of his life. He's ready to get a great education and play some hardcore football. He may have to sit out a year and only have 3 years of eligibility, but he's appealing to the NCAA. Damm16 Posted June 8, 2012 Share Posted June 8, 2012 Yeah, I think your right I spoke to a friend down from where he played his HS ball and he said he made all the last three yes and 2 of the 3 years he played in a (3-4) def like coach Bradley is putting in for the cards this season he said Hargis played Strong Safety along with OLB all season and made ALL District at both.... help that the learning curve is a quick one he said he's a smart kid N.H.H.S. and in top 10% of his class I was told.... 8) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Being on campus early can only help these guys...between the weights, running and a meal plan these guys can really help themselves get on the field.
