Mike Posted August 8, 2012 Share Posted August 8, 2012 While watching practice last night I noticed a new BIG (prolly 6-6 275ish) guy coaching up the defense and wondered who he was. After asking a few questions I found out it is the staffs newest graduate assistant. With the departure of former GA Marcus Carver (landed a job in Newton) the staff had an opening thus the addition of Eric Hicks. Here's a little on Hicks. He went to school in Maryland and went on to play 10 years as a defensive end in the NFL mostly for the Kansas City Chiefs. He brings some solid experience to the staff on the defensive side of the ball as a graduate assistant.
