I believe they are talking to Adren Dorsey at the end of the video and he mentions that he feels good being below 300 lbs. He must have intentionally lost weight to be a better player. He sounds really motivated about the season.

Yeah, that is Dorsey, he definitely looks a bit more slim to me. When I went to practice last year I stood right next to him.

I know Dorsey has had back issues in the past. Hope getting his weight down will help him stay healthy.

I hope that he is as motivated as he sounds. I saw him tonight and I don' buy his weight being 275 but I do see him being 295!

Big article from the Beaumont Enterprise on the defensive line. Dorsey is down to 275.

 

A slimmed down Dorsey, 30 pounds lighter than last year, is coming off a season in which he played in all 11 games and registered 6.5 tackles for loss and 2.5 sacks. The Texas A&M transfer has adjusted easily to the change in defensive formation with the goal of controlling the middle and stopping the run.
