Mike Posted August 11, 2012 Share Posted August 11, 2012 I spoke to Fox 4's Nick Canizales today it looks like offensive lineman Ian Kelso injured his knee today at the scrimmage and will be evaluated by a specialist on Monday but it doesn't look good. Signs point to him possibly missing the season. He also said defensive lineman Adren Dorsey didn't participate in todays scrimmage due to a shoulder stinger. Hopefully those guys can get healthy and Lamar can open the season with fresh guys. FBS games are notorious for injuries, and that's the last thing you want to see happen. THAT WOULD BE A VERY GOOD IDEA Bill Parcels demanded his lineman wear braces whether they had issues or not. It seemed to be something that worked to minimize knee injuries on his teams. peckemtech11 Posted August 14, 2012 Share Posted August 14, 2012 Went to practice tonight ( 9/13) and noticed Anthony Beard was out during the last half of practice due to some sort of leg (right) injury. He wasnt on crutches but his leg was wrapped in a soft cast. Based on some of the commotion i observed, on the sidelines, I assume it was very serious.
