It was ok we've had better

we had the best tailgate since lamar brought football back.

It seemed to fill up later than it has at other times. We were set up by around 2:30 or so. Closer to game time it filled up quite a bit, but wasn't as packed as I've seen it before. A few of the bigger set ups in our lot weren't out there like they usually are.

I delayed the start of my tailgate until 5:00 because of forecasted heat. When I drove by the stadium at 4:00 it appeared that many of the big tents had not set up. My section in the stadum did not fill up until halfway thru the first quarter. I think people arrived late due to the heat and chance of rain. If we stay competitive I think tailgating participation will explode as the weather cools.

I thought the tailgating was spotty on the north lot - some areas good, some not at all. Not near as many folks walking around as the last couple of years. My spot is #58, so everyone is welcome to stop by for a drink & munchies next home game.
