Top end speed is legit as evidenced by his 99-yard TD run in the playoffs last year against Jesuit. Probably the best RB to come through Longview since McGee and Ivory back around 05 in my opinion. I think Lamar got them a good one. Probably would have been more highly recruited had he not split time with older kids his Jr year, but I would not complain as a Lamar fan or alum. Hopefully he pans out better than the last few Longview RBs in college."
