This is the first I've heard of it and Woodard hasn't said anything about him. Did he not qualify at Lamar? Does anyone have more info about this? Grogan is listed on there...don't know why he was not on Lamar list earlier this month or why (after signing with LU out of high school) waited 2 years to go to JUCO.
