Guest papabear
Is Ford hurt? If not, that's the only surprise I see is that he's not even listed here...
KABrother88
Payton Ploch must be turning heads to be listed over Harrington and Richards...and I'm surprised they wouldn't try to redshirt Carranco since we have Kahler and Ball...but Carranco can flat out boot it. Also expect to see Roberts and Johnson starting after a game or 2. But I like all the options in the passing game and I hope the OL can create enough time to open the playbook! Has there been any news about Darrel Harris or is he still trying to take care of his business?
Guest NorthoftheBorder
Beard has always played one of the inside LB's but it look like he has been moved to the outside. Surprised by the freshmen backups at OL and the secondary and maybe biggest surprise is Barrett Dillon moving from QB to second on depth chart at TE. Has there been any news about Darrel Harris or is he still trying to take care of his business? So far what I've witnessed is this offense runs using a really quick tempo utilizing a lot of short quick passes which leaves themselves with a lot of 2nd and 3rd and shorts. Ploch is the senior and the the guy that can grind out these hard earned yards. He showed this in the scrimmage. I do see the freshmen Harrington and Raleigh getting plenty of playing time. One more note on the RB's, it's not a surprise but I asked a source about the status of Darrell Harris and it does appear he's done.

Surprised by the freshmen backups at OL and the secondary and maybe biggest surprise is Barrett Dillon moving from QB to second on depth chart at TE. Barrett was behind Berry, Mossakowski, Dausin and likely Mitchell on the depth chart at QB. He's a big athletic guy so the move to TE with the loss of Soto is good for the team and for Dillon. Mike
Is Ford hurt? If not, that's the only surprise I see is that he's not even listed here... He's been playing with the 2nd and 3rd groups at practice. He's not hurt but the guys listed ahead of him are just having great camps. Ford will still get plenty of snaps and contribute.
