coachacola
Some tweets from today: Avi Zaleon @avi_zaleon Woodard said he doesn't anticipate any more additions to the roster when asked about getting BCS school transfers. Avi Zaleon @avi_zaleon More Woodard: "We left three or four games on the field last year that we could have won." Finishing games will be a big emphasis this year. Avi Zaleon @avi_zaleon Said he won't put number on amount of wins as goal, but hints that the most Lamar has ever won is eight games, shooting for nine wins. Avi Zaleon @avi_zaleon Newton grad Romando Stewart is no longer with Lamar due to grades.
Big T
He hasn't put a number on amount of wins yet every football player is wearing a 9in14 shirt...
coachacola
LU should win 5 games pretty easily: Grambling, Texas College, Miss. College, HBU and Incarnate Ward Where will the other 4 wins come from? They have two road games they must win to reach 9 wins: Nicholls State and Abilene Christian. They have SHSU and SELA at home, can they win one of these games? They also have Central Arkansas and McNeese on the road, they'll need to pull an upset over one of these teams too. KABrother88
From that video it furthers my opinion that KJ is now playing with a chip on his shoulder and with a new attitude...I think he feels slighted for falling out of the offensive rotation and wants to show he can be a leader and playmaker wherever you put him. That being said, I think this move was in the best intrest of both the team (depth needed at DB) and the player (potential to play in the NFL)
coachacola
KJ was less than impressive as a receiver, maybe he's found his calling as a DB.
