eagle eye
Very cool. Where did he end up or did he get drafted?
KABrother88
Very cool. Where did he end up or did he get drafted? Not drafted and as of yet no news of him signing as an UFA. Would expect to hear an invite to camp at worst within the next couple of days.
KABrother88
Looks like Mark landed a camp invite with the KC Chiefs. Their WR was TERRIBLE last year (ZERO TDs to WRs). That being said thief QB Alex Smith isn't the guy to chunk it 40 yards down field to a streaking WR either so it will be interesting to watch how Mark does. Guest austinred
Information from the Kansas City Chiefs website, recapping Day One of the Rookie Camp: Play(s) of the Day Two plays really stood out as the best of the day, with both coming from the offensive side of the ball. The first came via former Lamar receiver Mark Roberts (6-4, 182 pounds), who made a fantastic catch across the middle in team drills. He took the high throw across the middle on a slant working from the outside and fully extended to high-point the ball and make the catch for the first oh-and-ah moment of the day.
