Can ACL Injuries Really Be Prevented?

Featured Replies

Recently, but then again, historically the NFL and sports teams in general suffer the dreaded torn ACL way too much in general and in particular during preseason conditioning. I happened on this article in Bleacher Report that says a scientific study has been done and it is believed that as much as 70% of ACL tears can be prevented! It's a bit long but it's interesting and worth a look IMO.
