geezer Posted February 23, 2017 Posted February 23, 2017 Missed the first half but it was a good one for the Cards as they are up by twenty 43-23. Now can they hold onto it or build from there? Quote
geezer Posted February 23, 2017 Author Posted February 23, 2017 (edited) Lamar gave up the first seven points to NSU to start the second half but since then have rebuilt the lead to 18 at the first media timeout in the second half. Edited February 23, 2017 by geezer Quote
geezer Posted February 23, 2017 Author Posted February 23, 2017 Cards stabilize their game and have maintained the twenty point lead through the under four minute timeout. Current score 81-63 Lamar on top. Quote
geezer Posted February 23, 2017 Author Posted February 23, 2017 Cards win 88-68 and win at Northwestern St for the first time since the 07-08 season if I heard Harold Mann correctly. This win guarantees the Cards will have a winning season for the regular season. Also the first time LU has swept NSU since the 07-08 season. A win at home Saturday against HBU will ensure the Cards make the tourney without having to count on any help. Quote

Need to come out Saturday and beat HBU to get closer to postseason play. Quote
