Dracula
https://lamarcardinals.com/news/2018/8/9/football-first-four-lu-games-televised.aspx?path=football The Cardinals will be televised in all of the team's first four games, which includes three games on the ESPN family of networks. The Red and White will kick off the season Saturday, Sept. 1, at home against Kentucky Christian and will be televised on ESPN3. The game against the Red Raiders will be televised on Fox Sports Net. After the first two games of the season, the Cardinals return home for games in weeks three and four. Big Red will host Northwestern State Saturday, Sept. 15, on ESPN+ from Provost Umphrey Stadium. The Cards will be back in the friendly confines the following week for a 6 p.m. kick against Southeastern Louisiana on ESPN3. ESPN+ is different from the ESPN3 broadcasts. Fans subscribe to ESPN+ for $4.99 a month (or $49.99 per year) and cancel at any time. https://lamarcardinals.com/schedule.aspx?path=football The schedule only lists ESPN3 coverage and nothing about ESPN+. It's not a big deal but it is an inconsistency that may cause a problem, if a fan was expecting to watch the ESPN+ game on ESPN3.
KABrother88
ESPN+ is a newer addition to the ESPN family and just went live in April. The Lamar schedule was released in March so I bet they just haven’t updated the website to reflect the new platform. But for what it’s worth ESPN+ kinda sucks because it’s subscription based from my understanding whereas ESPN3 is free if you have tv through a carrier in their list (or know someone that does......)
