Game two goes to UNO 2-0. Bravo pitched a good game for Lamar just not good enough as the UNO pitcher was just a little better on the day.

Game three scoreless after three innings. Cards have more hits but have stranded all of their runners. In other news McNeese defeated Nicholls in their second game so the loss didn't cost Lamar except that Lamar didn't gain any ground either and with just six games left Lamar still needs wins.

Ninth inning Dallas gets a1,2,3 inning in the top. Bottom of the ninth Quirion leads off with a double, advances to third on a ground out. UNO intentionally walk the next two batters and Cole Girard gets a base hit to win the game for the Cards. Cards win 3-2. McNeese is up 4-2 versus Nicholls in the bottom of the third.

McNeese was up seven runs going into the top of the ninth. They gave up four runs but won the third game of their series with Nicholls by a final of 10-7. McNeese has won the first three games of the series and with the loss Lamar is just three points back of Nicholls for the final tourney slot.

Daniel Cole started the game and pitched 3 and 1/3 innings, giving up one hit in the top of the third inning. Mize comes in, in relief. Not sure if this was a plan as it didn't appear Cole was having any problems.
