geezer
Lamar faces UTSA this afternoon at 2:00 PM. UTSA is 3-3 on the season. It looks like on average UTSA may have a slight height advantage. UTSA has two wins against other non-power conference opponents, but has a loss to a non-D1 school and to Corpus Christi. Should be a game the Cards should have a chance to win. Possibly the only chance on this three-game road swing.

geezer
AT the under 12-minute timeout Lamar is down by two points with Catt at the free throw line shooting one. Haven't seen any sign of Harrison yet today and as Adams didn't play Sunday maybe there is some kind of non-covid illness going around. PeckEm
AT the under 12-minute timeout Lamar is down by two points with Catt at the free throw line shooting one. Haven't seen any sign of Harrison yet today and as Adams didn't play Sunday maybe there is some kind of non-covid illness going around. Adams not starting? No Harrison? No Carpenter? I am wondering if it is Covid related or if some players (Adams) already in the dog house.
geezer
Lamar down by seven 35-28 at the half. Usual mistakes for Lamar, under 40% field goal shooting, 2 of 10 from three-point range, only four of nine from the free throw line and turnovers. Lack of ball movement on offense. The positive so far in this game is Catt's performance as he has ten rebounds including three offensive and four points.
geezer
From something the UTSA TV announcersaid, it sounds like Harrison is out with a concussion. Adams is back but hit his head on the floor early in the 2nd half.
geezer
Four minutes left in the game with UTSA up by six 67-61 and shooting free throws after the time out. Adams has not returned since hitting his head on the floor.

geezer
If there is a bright side to today's game, it looks like the big three Catt, Reyes and Carpenter are all improving each game. McClure is improving also but his shooting wasn't good today.
