geezer
Lamar takes their 8-4 record to Houston Baptist this afternoon. HBU is currently 5-8 on the season but have won their last three.
geezer
At the end of four innings, Cards are up 1-0. It is another let the pitchers get some work mid-week game as through four innings the Cards have used four pitchers. One each inning. lamarfan360
I know this is a week day game and coaches try different things with their lineup and pitching rotation. However I do not agree with changing pitchers every inning regardless of how they are doing.

PeckEm
I know this is a week day game and coaches try different things with their lineup and pitching rotation. However I do not agree with changing pitchers every inning regardless of how they are doing. I hate it. Play every game to win or don't bother playing. Skinny1
We threw practically the entire bullpen at them. Maybe for this reason we have not been successful in the 3 midweek games. A&M jumped on us early, but we should have beaten Houston last week. For some reason many of the bullpen pitchers are struggling right now. BTW, coach for HBU is in his first year of coaching, some guy named Lance Bergman.
