Someone who wants to be here and loves this area Sounds like you would need to steal someone from another nearby College or JUCO. I doubt there are that many Current AD's from SETX. I would be looking for a current AD from a school that has a successful Athletic Department. If possible, an AD that has been successful at more than one school. One that has winning programs, doesn't need to be a D1 school necessarily. Edited March 11, 20224 yr by geezer
March 12, 20224 yr To bad we missed out on Beaumont native Don Coryell. He seems to be doing good things at Texas state. And thanks for the reminder! I forgot and it was ticking me off lol.

If we cant find this then someone from the south, preferably Texas (fyi, hill country doesnt count as Texas)
March 13, 20224 yr Author Coach Tidwell would be a great hire. The only negative I can think of with him is he does not stay anywhere very long.
