What is the status on Cameron Washington? Will he be able to play here next year?

Will we attempt to pick up any transfers over the summer?

 

Of the freshmen recruits are there any in particular you're looking forward getting on campus?

 

Will the Crawfish Bowl be done the same way with a draft?

I don't think he can comment on specific recruits but Id like to know if Lamar is holding a junior days during Spring Drills and if they have recruits lined up to visit and when would they be there.

That is a great question as I'd hope Lamar has a junior day during spring drills to have kids on campus around the coaching staff during practice. That way they might feel at ease with the different personalities of the coaches. It's a lot different having a home visit with a coach or coming to a game. Seeing how the players react to coaching would also be a plus.

I really enjoyed reading the article and Coach Woodard was pretty staight forward with his answers which I really appreciate! Great read for any student, alumnus, fan, supporter and/or student athlete and anyone who loves Cardinals athletics. With this article, especially football!

Well then we will never move up I guess... Sun Belt and WAC are much better than the SLC. Except that the WAC might not exist soon. It doesn't matter because we're not moving up.

That was gonna be my next point, good thing you validated it first though.

At this point I'd say the Sun Belt is a long shot, at least short term.
