LU starts the 3 game road trip with a win. They trailed Nicholls almost the whole game.

First 3-0 start in conference in two decades!

Terry Anderson had a monster game for the Cards. Almost all stats favored Nicholls except total points scored.

The Islanders are losing big so next game against McNeese will be for first place. I think this was the first road win for the Cards.

Only got to listen to the game, but Cards didn't defend the three very well in the first half. They did however continue to play hard however and when Nicholls didn't shoot as well in the second half and Lamar was able to take advantage of NIcholls turnovers Lamar managed to overcome it's own mistakes. Great win for the Cards. New Orleans defeated Corpus Chrisi so Lamar will play at McNeese Monday for sole possession of first place. This will be a tough game.
